NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CONDOMINIUM MANAGERS will be held at the Richmond Hill Country Club, Richmond Hill, Ontario at 11:30 a.m. (EST) on April 15, 2011, or immediately following the Annual General Meeting of the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario.

The following matters will constitute the Agenda:

1. Report of the Auditor and Financial Statements for the Fiscal Period Ended December 31, 2009
   
2. Appointment of Auditors for the 2010 Fiscal Year
   
3. Election of Directors
   
4. Report of the Founding Board of Directors
   
5. New Business
